Ordering and After-sales Information

1. Sample Order: Customers are welcome to order samples to test and check the product quality. Mixed samples are acceptable, and the minimum order quantity for samples is 1 piece. The sample production time is 3 - 5 days.
2. Mass Production: The production cycle for mass products is usually 2 weeks.
3. Shipping Method: Usually shipped via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT, and it takes about 3 - 5 days to arrive. Air transportation or sea freight is also optional.
4. Ordering Process:
   • First, please inform us of your requirements or the application scenarios of the product.
   • Then, we will provide a quotation based on your requirements or our suggestions.
   • Next, the customer confirms the sample and pays a 30% deposit for the formal order.
   • Finally, we arrange the production. The production time for standard products is usually 2 weeks.
5. Logo Customization: It is possible to print your logo on the product. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design based on our sample first. If custom color box design is required, the order quantity for the ceiling light needs to reach 1000 pieces.
6. Product Warranty: We provide a 3 - 5-year warranty for the product.
7. After-sales Handling: Our products are produced under a strict quality control system, and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%. During the warranty period, for a small quantity of defective products, we will send new lights along with the new order. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you, or discuss solutions together according to the actual situation, including product recall, etc.
