Q1. Can I place a sample order for the LED light?
A: Yes! We warmly welcome sample orders to test and verify the quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2. What is the lead time?
A: It takes 3-5 days for samples, and for mass production products, it takes about 2 weeks.

Q3. Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) limit for LED light orders?
A: The MOQ is relatively low. Even an order of 1 piece for sample inspection is available.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does the delivery take?
A: We usually ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT. The delivery usually takes 3-5 days. Air freight and sea freight are also optional.

Q5. How can I proceed with an order for LED lights?
A: Firstly, please let us know your specific requirements or the intended application scenarios.
Secondly, we will provide a quotation based on your requirements or our professional suggestions.
Thirdly, after the customer confirms the samples, a 30% deposit needs to be paid for the formal order.
Finally, we will arrange the production. Generally, the production time for standard products is 2 weeks.

Q6. Is it possible to print my logo on the LED light product?
A: Yes! Please notify us officially before our production starts and confirm the design based on our sample first. If a color box design is required, for Ceiling Lamps, the order quantity should be up to 1000 pieces.

Q7: Do you provide a product guarantee?
A: Yes! We offer a warranty of 3-5 years for our products.

Q8: How do you handle defective products?
A: Firstly, our products are manufactured under a strict quality control system, and the defective rate is less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the warranty period, for a small quantity of defective products, we will send new lights along with the new order.
For a batch of defective products, we will repair them and resend them to you, or we can discuss solutions including product recall according to the actual situation.
